At Mountain Boulevard Apartments, we want your living experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Our Frequently Asked Questions page is here to provide quick answers to the most common topics our residents and applicants ask about. Whether you’re curious about community amenities, policies, or general procedures, you’ll find helpful information below. And if you ever need additional assistance, our office is always just a phone call away.

Our pools are generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool Hours are currently 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week.

You can pay by check or money order-to the office or dropping it in our rent drop box next to the office door. You can also pay your rent online with your debit/credit card or bank account information. If you would like further details on payment methods please give us a call. Keep in mind, rent is due on the 1 st each month- even if that day falls on a holiday or a weekend.

We ask that you do not paint your apartment. If you have walls needing touch up paint or repaired our maintenance team has got you covered! We do allow you to hang pictures, or shelves at your discretion.

Yes, but they are required to pass the application process. It is a violation of the lease to allow anyone to reside in your home that isn’t on the lease.

Yes! Our community are pet friendly. Contact the office on the specifics & policy required prior to obtaining a pet or applying.

$50 per adult over age 18 that will be on the lease.

Please call the main office at (417) 581-7500, anyone that answers the phone can schedule maintenance.

We ask that you do not change the locks on the apartment. The locks are changed after each resident moves out, to ensure safety. Maintenance is required to perform this task and to file a spare key at the office for emergencies. If you need your locks changed for security reasons please contact the office at 417-581-7500
