Emergency Repairs
We provide 24-Hour Emergency Maintenance. Please contact the emergency maintenance line at (417) 459-3140 after normal business hours, during the weekend and on holidays if you have one of the following emergency issues: Air conditioner/furnace is not working. Water heater is not working. Toilet is not working (if you only have one toilet). Major water leak in home.

Welcome to maintenance free living! Our full-time maintenance staff is pleased to take care of all your maintenance issues. Contact the office at (417) 581-7500 during normal business hours, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, to put in a maintenance request.
